Kelly Kirby is a Middle Tennessee native, born and raised in the Smith and Wilson County area, married to Holly in 2016 and raising two boys, Jack and Charlie, in Nashville TN.
He started his real estate career as a side hustle during his career as a Tennessee State Trooper. He was an avid real estate investor and rehabber during that time and realized he should get into the real estate business to represent himself in all of these endeavors.

He began working in real estate part-time until 2018 when he went full time into the business of real estate and auctioneering. While he began this journey to work on his own investment properties, he has enjoyed developing a flourishing career working with other investors and clients who are interested in selling or buying a home.
Kelly has a strong work ethic and possesses the professionalism that is critical to be successful in this field. He is always on the lookout for new opportunities to learn more about the business of real estate and auctioneering and he continually goes above and beyond the Realtor call of duty. He has personally experienced buying and selling many properties of his own which makes him empathetic and knowledgeable as his clients navigate any real estate climate!

Born and raised in Watertown, TN, Shane Blair has an in-depth understanding of the local real estate market. As a proud resident and well-respected member of the community, Shane is dedicated to the success and growth of the region.
After serving 7 years in the US Army, Shane transitioned to real estate and has been a licensed agent since 2017 and a licensed Auctioneer since 2023.
